Bonded NdFeB magnets are permanent magnets made by mixing melt-spun or HDDR NdFeB magnetic powder with polymer binders, then formed through compression or injection molding and curing.

Without high-temperature sintering, they enable near-net-shape forming with high dimensional accuracy, suitable for complex shapes and large-scale automatic production, widely used in precision motors, sensors, automotive electronics and various miniaturized magnetic components.

Compression Bonded

Mixed with magnetic powder and a small amount of epoxy resin, cold-pressed and then cured at low temperature, it has better magnetic performance and higher density. Suitable for mass production of conventional shapes (block, cylinder, ring, arc, etc.) with high cost performance, it is the most in-demand type in the current market.

Injection Bonded

Mixed with magnetic powder and nylon or other plastic matrices, injection-molded by an injection molding machine, it has extremely high dimensional accuracy (±0.01mm), and can process complex structures, thin-walled, special-shaped parts and integrated products with inserts, adapting to high-end precision scenario needs.

We produce various shapes, including blocks, cylinders, discs, rings, arcs, segments, special-shaped multi-pole rings (ideal for motor rotors), and complex parts with steps, bosses or snap-fit structures.

 

2.Magnetization Direction

Supports high-precision magnetization in full directions, including single-pole, multi-pole, skew-pole and radiating patterns. Uniform and stable magnetic poles without weak poles or magnetic flux leakage. Suitable for high-precision magnetic field requirements of motors, sensors and encoders. Customizable magnetization solutions available according to customer waveform requirements.

 

3.Surface Treatment
