Applications Alnico magnets are widely used in instruments, aerospace, automotive electronics, acoustic components, sensors and high-temperature equipment where stable magnetic properties under high temperature are required.  

Cast & sintered Alnico magnets are produced through melting, casting or compacting, high-temperature sintering, heat treatment and precision machining.With ultra-high temperature stability, excellent corrosion resistance and good machinability, they are suitable for long-term use in high-temperature and harsh environments.

 

1.Processing Adaptability

Alnico has good ductility and processability, and can be processed by turning, milling, drilling, grinding, EDM and other conventional machining methods. It is not easy to crack or chip, and can realize complex structural processing.

We are equipped with grinding machines, lathes, milling machines, drilling machines and EDM, supporting small-batch trial production and mass production.

3.Shape

We produce various shapes, including blocks, cylinders, discs, rings, arcs, segments, horseshoe magnets and special-shaped parts. Complex profiles for high-temperature instruments, sensors and acoustic equipment can be customized according to drawings.

 

4.Surface Treatment

Alnico has excellent inherent corrosion resistance; coating is usually unnecessary.

Common options: Passivation, Ni plating, Epoxy coating.

 

5.Magnetization Direction

Supports axial and diametral magnetization only.

Multi-pole magnetization is not recommended due to low coercivity and easy demagnetization.
