This steel housing closed magnetic hook is built with a powerful neodymium magnet and fully wrapped by a steel shell, which effectively protects the magnet from shear force, friction and impact damage with stable load capacity and long service life. The closed hook structure can prevent hanging objects from falling off with higher safety, widely used in industrial scenes such as factory stations, storage racks and equipment sides for hanging tools, parts and materials. All steel housing types support custom color coating and custom logo engraving or printing with rich appearance options. If standard sizes cannot meet your installation and load-bearing demands, we can provide non-standard customized products according to customers’ drawings, parameters and working conditions to make exclusive specifications as required.

2.Technical informations

Dimensions: Standard size or custom

Grade of magnet: N35,N42,N52,or higher grade of magnet can be customzed for high temperature requirements,such as M or H series and the temp. resistance is 100 deg.c or 120 deg.c

Processing technology of steel cup: Stamping machining or lathe machining.

Surface treatment: Zinc, Nickel, Chrome, Epoxy coating, Color paint / Custom color coating

3.The main types of Magnetic Hooks

Closed magnetic hooks, open magnetic hooks and swivel magnetic hooks all adopt unified steel housing structure and neodymium magnet configuration with the same material technology, surface treatment, tolerance standard and load range, and all support custom color processing.

The main difference lies in hook structure and functional application:

closed type is anti-drop and safe for heavy-load stable hanging;

open type is easy to operate for daily quick access;

swivel type features angle adjustment for multi-angle complex working conditions.

The whole product line accepts non-standard customization, and one-to-one customized development is available according to customers’ on-site installation conditions, size limits and load requirements.
