High-quality rare earth neodymium materials makes the magnetic energy of neodymium iron boron magnets ten times stronger than that of ordinary magnets.

Sintered Neodymium magnets are prepared by melting raw materials in a vacuum or inert gas atmosphere induction furnace, processing them in a strip caster and cooling to form alloy strips. The strips are crushed and ground into fine powder with particle size of microns. The powder is then compacted in an aligning field and sintered into dense blanks. Finally, the blanks are machined into specific shapes, surface treated and magnetized.

3.Plating / Coating of neodymium magnets

Other options such as zinc, chromium, gold, epoxy resin, plastic, teflon, etc. Each coating offers a unique appearance, performance, and typical applications.

 

4.Magnetization direction of neodymium magnets

Magnetization is the process of applying a magnetic field to a permanent magnetic material along the direction of themagnetic field orientation and gradually increasing the magnetic field intensity to reach a technical saturation stateIn addition to the two relatively simple magnetization directions of axial and radial, sintered neodymium iron boron ringscan also undergo muti-pole magnetization as per actual needs, that is, after magnetization, they can present multiple N-poles and S-poles on a single plane.
