NdFeB Magnet Grades
The grade of NdFeB magnets directly determines magnetic strength, temperature resistance and stability, making it the most critical reference for industrial selection. Different grades correspond to varying magnetic energy products and temperature ratings, leading to distinctly different applications.

Magnet grades typically consist of a magnetic performance number + temperature code, such as N35, N52, 35M, 40H, 45SH, 50UH. The numeric value represents magnetic energy product (higher = stronger), while letters indicate temperature stability.
Standard grades like N35–N52 are designed for room-temperature use. Grades with M, H, SH, UH, EH, TH suffixes offer higher heat resistance up to 200°C+, widely used in motors, sensors, automotive electronics and intelligent equipment where thermal stability is essential.
Higher grade does not mean better performance. Selection must consider actual working temperature, physical size, assembly method and cost. Thin, special-shaped or high-temperature applications require higher temperature-stable grades to prevent irreversible demagnetization.
Understanding the NdFeB grade system improves product design reliability, reduces failure risks and ensures consistent performance in diverse working environments.
NdFeB grades directly reflect magnetic performance. Proper grade selection is essential to ensure service life and stability.
We provide one-stop services including grade matching, design optimization and custom magnet development based on application scenarios, temperature, structure and force requirements, delivering high-performance magnetic solutions for industrial equipment.
